CAHRA Monthly Meeting Sponsorship

As the monthly meeting sponsor, you will have an opportunity to meet and mingle with the membership upon their arrival. A sponsor’s table is set up near the registration area to ensure that members stop and talk with the sponsor. If you would like, please bring marketing materials, handouts, swag, etc. for the setup of this table. A tablecloth is provided. You are also welcome to put items on each dining table. The sponsor can also address the group for 5 minutes at the beginning of the meeting, which starts around noon. Typically, we have 75 -100 attendees per meeting and they start arriving around 11:20 AM. Lunch is from 11:30 AM to noon, and your sponsorship includes 2 meals. Please let us know in advance who will be attending.

  • Vendor table to display products during meeting
  • Logo on CAHRA website for one month with a link to the company website
  • Logo and recognition in meeting emails
  • 5-minute speaking opportunity during meeting
  • Handouts/promotional items placed on lunch tables
  • Meeting registration & lunch for (2)
  • Recognition by Chapter Board Member from podium during the meeting
  • List of all attendees, with company name and email, present at the luncheon to further your marketing efforts.
